SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT

Medical Suppliesfinancial assistance

We offer medical supplies related to a cancer diagnosis such as incontinent supplies and wound care supplies through our distribution area.

Medical Equipment Loan

We house a variety of equipment—including hospital beds and wheelchairs—that we loan to our clients. These are available free of charge to those with cancer-related needs for as long as required.

Nutritional Supplement

We offer a variety of nutritional supplements to help with caloric intake, but a prescription from a healthcare professional is required. Click here to access the referral and nutritional supplement request form, which must be filled out by a doctor, social worker or nutritionist.

Wig Boutique, Mastectomy Bras and Prosthesis

Thanks to support from Exxon Mobil, we have a beautiful Wig Boutique for our clients, providing them with a broad selection of stylish wigs to try on in a private and comfortable atmosphere. We also provide a variety of hats, turbans and scarves, along with mastectomy bras and prostheses for breast cancer survivors.

Community Referrals

In order to serve the community responsibly and not duplicate services, we often make referrals to other agencies that provide additional support services to those affected by cancer.

Financial assistance requires financial eligibility.*

We serve a 10-parish area that includes Ascension, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Livingston, Pointe Coupee, St. Helena, St. James, West Baton Rouge and West Feliciana Parishes.
