During this workshop we will combine two powerful ways to process the many experiences life offers. We will combine images and words to create art journals to take with you. An art journal is a beautiful and meaningful way to document your unique journey through life.
Creating art can be a wonderful tool for expressing emotions that feel bigger than words. It can be useful in identifying and exploring issues related to illness and treatment. Through art workshops, patients and caregivers can develop tools to increase self-awareness and cope better with symptoms. The emphasis is on the process of making art and not the end product.
