Cancer Services of Greater Baton Rouge presents the 33rd Annual Capital Chefs’ Showcase on Thurs., Sept. 10, 2015. This event is the premiere fundraising event for Cancer Services and funds raised play a vital role in supporting the mission of improving life for those living with cancer.

In exchange for helping to empower those affected by cancer in our community, attendees are treated delectable cuisine from the community’s finest chefs, restaurants and caterers, a Lee Michaels Shimmering Shopping Spree raffle, open bar, silent and live auctions, live music and lots of fun!  This year, LSU Baseball Coach Paul Mainieri will once again be back as honorary chair of this festive event.

“Capital Chefs’ Showcase is a community tradition,” said Jill Roshto, Cancer Services CEO.  “This beloved event brings people together in a fun and festive way in order to improve life for those affected by cancer in our community.  We are truly thankful to all who support Capital Chefs’ Showcase and Cancer Services.”

Capital Chefs’ Showcase will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Baton Rouge River Center.  Event tickets are $100 and Lee Michaels Shimmering Shopping Spree raffle tickets are $50.  Event and raffle tickets will go on sale in the summer.  Sponsorships are still available.
